We ship from Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any details/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All orders after this time will be declined. You can return the amount and get a full refund upon receipt.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please specify a convenient time to process the body during sick and discount seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of order date and shipped the next day of processing time. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Due to the demand, orders may take between 5-12 days.
What if I do not receive my order?
If it is not received within 15 days of shipment, it is eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs duties?
Our US tax revenue investigations, which means you may be officially responsible for paying taxes and duties once the questions are received. Customs import duties may be charged on the relevant customs duties upon arrival at their final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. You are responsible for paying these duties and taxes on your workers, which is why you will cover these fees. We have cleared them by your country's customs department. For more details on the fees, please contact your local customs office.

What if the items you receive are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you receive incorrect, missing and/or defective merchandise. Please include your phone number, photos of the item(s) and all relevant references upon receipt of the order. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
When will you receive your academic refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original account. If you used a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of your return or cancellation request. Please contact your card issuing bank if you have any questions about when your refund will be posted to your account. If you have not received a credit for your return yet, here is what you should do: Contact your bank/credit company. It may take some time before the refund is credited to your account.
